Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my website! 

My clinic is located within Healing Massage Retreat 550 Latona Road; Building C Suite 305; Rochester, NY 14626 right behind the LA Fitness on West Ridge Road. You can drive through the LA Fitness Parking lot or you can enter the driveway that has a big sign that says 550 on it. 

I am an independent contractor / self employed. I am open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday is by appointment only.

I offer various massage treatments, more specifically, deep tissue or trigger point therapy. No pain, no gain! Result is great, less pain, muscles are more relaxed!

Muscle aches, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, headaches, migraine, frozen shoulder, insomnia, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, leg pain, neck and shoulders or relaxation massage are just a few that I've dealt in my entire work.
 

I do Sarga / Deep Feet Therapy than can be done on the table or on the floor as well. I utilized feet, pressure is more deeper, broader and more effective for someone looking for real deep tissue massage. Your range of motion will greatly improved after a couple of sessions. 
 

This technique is not recommended for clients that have osteoporosis, herniated discs, back surgeries or any underlying health issues. 

 Massage has a vital role in maintaining physical and emotional wellness. Make it at least twice or once a month habit for your good health.
